Our Exclusive Services

  1. Professional Indemnity Policy / Error & omission (Hospital) Policy available for 1 to 3 years through our premier insurer The New India Assurance Company Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking). [ * Uninterrupted renewal every year]
  2. Any type of legalities be it any Court of India (from District forum to National Commission) are covered in our membership.
  3. We also provide our services in criminal court, civil court and labour court cases.
  4. Any case against our Doctor member is covered free of cost (Not necessary pertaining to professional negligence).
  5. Our expert and valuable services is also cover all cases arising from police station namely under section - 304, 304-A, 337, 338 and others.
  6. Free counter case/defamation suit against the party who in greed of money harasses our member doctor. This option is up to our doctor, if he decides to go for any case, then we will be doing so free of cost.
  7. Round the clock, 24 hours service helpline available.
  8. Variable payment options, even Premium can be paid yearly and to the Insurance Company directly.
  9. The Insurance coverage is being provided through local branch so that our member has total transparency of assessment.
  10. Free participation in our awareness seminars to be organized time to time.
  11. Our quarterly journal "Your Risk Manager” (HICL Times) help our member to get the latest amendments in Medico-Legal laws.
  12. We also provide consent forms Designed by our Expert and other materials like record keeping system.
